I train 4-6 days a week and sometimes twice per day. In my training routine my focus is on the strongman events and they can be many. For example: stone loading, deadlift, farmers walk, stone carry, truck pull, keg toss, log lift, conans wheel, axle press, super yoke, loading events, medleys, giant dumbell press to name a few. I also train for highland games where you put stones, throw weights, hammers and toss cabers. With this I also train with "normal" equipment seen at "normal" gyms.
Nutrition is important for success. I eat about 6-8 times per day and consume about 7-10.000 calories. My diet staples include: eggs, beef, lamb, chicken, fish, oatmeal, rice, potatoes, vegtebles, fruits and supplements.
