Recovery from my right pec tear and surgery is coming along nicely.

I had been excited for quite some time about the Ronnie Coleman Classic expo in Texas. Not only to compete and promote my online training business but also to visit my friend Svavar Sigursteinsson, the Gibbins family and the great Brian Dobson and the Metroflex gym.

First contest of the year for me is over! A really great competitions put on by Giant's Live in London!

Hi there and happy new year! Here you can watch me compete at the 2010 World' s Strongest Man competition!

Unfortunately I had to pull out of the competition because of getting sick and having some stomach issues. The competition ended up great with great performance from the guys competing.

Only a few weeks away from the Icelandic Health and Fitness expo and The Jón Páll Sigmarsson Classic.

Back home from Turkey. Placed 3rd behind Zydrunas and Brian Shaw.
